Frequently Asked Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your iPhone Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Ascend and tap Cancel Subscription. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Is my journal private?
Yes. Your journal entries are completely private and never visible to other users. Only you can see them.
How do I reset my password?
Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter the email associated with your account. You'll receive a link to create a new password.
What is the PRISM system?
PRISM maps your growth across five dimensions: Time Management, Focus, Consistency, Health, and Socializing. It gives you a visual snapshot of your overall life balance as you build habits.

Account Deletion
To delete your account and all associated data:
- Open the Ascend app
- Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner
- Tap the Settings button
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Data Deletion Request
If you have already uninstalled Ascend and cannot access the in-app deletion feature, email support@hills-dev.com with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request' and we will process your request within 30 days. For more details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
